Matcha Latte (Hot or Cold)
Ingredients:
1.5 TBSP Rocka Matcha + 1.5 oz water (Matcha Mix)
6-8 oz. milk or non-dairy of choice
Ice (for cold)
Hot Latte: 1. Slowly Heat Matcha Mix to 130-140f add to cup; 2. Heat Milk and froth or steam; 3. Pour frothed Milk over the Cup of Matcha Mix…..Sip. Enjoy!
Cold Latte: 1. Add Ice to Glass, 2. Pour (frothed or non-frothed) Milk or your Non-Dairy choice over your Glass of Ice, 3. Froth your Matcha Mix and 4. Pour over Iced Glass….Sip. Enjoy!
Options for latte: add flavoring like an extract (almond, vanilla, are just a few), or add 2 ounces of your favorite fruit puree. We love Pear, Guava, Mango or whatever flavor you choose.
